There was never any doubt in the minds of the F1 crew that the 2012 GM Sonic project would not only be a reality but it would produce yet another groundbreaking, honors taking show car.

From the beginning, this 2012 Sonic project was going to be the 'mildest' build to date, after considering the earth shattering unveilings of the iconic Solstice and HHR of seasons past.  Perhaps it was the fact that this FEAR ONE build was not going to try so hard to grab the attention that gave it its provocative appeal.  With its seductively, coy, metallic gray to its playful but electric candy teal wheels and body accents, this 2012 GM Sonic was simply unfulfilled desire for the SEMA judges.  Out of cast of thousands, this FEAR ONE GM Sonic project was honored so completely.

As always, FEAR ONE's support from its excellent craftsmen and equipment manufacturers were the absolute key in producing this fantastic show car.  What truly speaks volumes were the local craftsmen that played a vital role in this very successful Sonic build.  Coming from the Quad-City region of Northern Arizona, comprising the small towns of Dewey, Chino Valley, Prescott valley and Prescott, these 'Boys of the Quad City' showed their big game by putting their best work into a major project.
