Not really much to update about today. I hope sound system done this week. Wheels I'm told will be finished powder coated candy Teal tomorrow or Thursday the latest. Still have all the suspension work to be completed, then back to upholstery shop to finished up interior look. Down to crunch time now as SEMA loaded in for the show 10/27.

Went and saw Sonic today at stereo shop, must say very, very nice install work & moving along. Had to order material from Katzkin to cover incloser. Material here in a couple days, then Kinseys Custom will cover and Mad Shirts will do MA Audio logo embroidery.
When all that done correct exhaust and intake should be here, along with wheels finished at Jenkins powder coating. I should hopefully be ready to take Sonic over to Auto Doctors AZ for all suspension work some time next week. If not I hope the latest by 10/8 Sonic ready for suspension work.

Wheels are over at powder coaters and I hope to have done this week. Saw blades to cover rear drums should be ready this week. Should have sound system done this week. Still waiting on turbo intake, Borla has to re-ship exhaust since I have one for a non-turbo. Optima shipping battery out this week as well. Outside of that, just the normal up and downs building a SEMA vehicle.

New wheels arrived today & now over at Jenks powder coating. Hope that goes well as XXR sent me black chrome. Don't get me wrong they look hot, but hopefully no problem powder coating candy Teal. I'd leave wheels black chrome, but would not really tie in with rest of concept build.
Also took suspension parts to Auto Doctors of AZ. I notice today Borla exhaust tip might be for a non turbo per Borla web site. Sent email off double check as only thing looks different on the two Borla part numbers is the muffler attachment with two different style tips. I will know come Monday. Runni

Super great news on Sonic build front. Pedders coil overs will arrive today. XXR wheels will arrive this friday. Big load off my mind on these two very important suspension parts. Now I can finely get wheels powder coated candy Teal by Jenks Powder coating. Then when that's done over to Ponderosa Tire for mounting. So now as soon as sound system done, I'll have all suspension parts ready to go for install at Auto Doctors of AZ. At this point we are on track for magazine photo shoots, plus story in local newspaper. Stay tuned, the fun is just begening.
